Honoring Legacy. Serving Flavor.

GCharles Hospitality Group was founded in loving tribute to Geraldine and the late Charles Brown, whose warmth, resilience, and love for family meals inspired everything we do. But the roots of our story go even deeper.

Our family’s culinary passion began with Elmore Brown, a wonderful cook and beloved grandfather whose soulful Southern dishes brought generations together. His legacy lives on through his great-grandson, Charles McCormick, an up-and-coming chef with a fire for creativity and a deep respect for tradition.

At GCharles, we blend cherished family recipes with innovative techniques, crafting dishes that are bold, comforting, and unforgettable. We’re not just serving food—we’re sharing our family’s story, one plate at a time.

Join us at the table—where tradition meets innovation, and every bite tells a story.
